Home Information Packs

If you decide to sell a property you will need a Home Information Pack (HIP). The HIP must contain and Energy Performance Certificate, evidence of title, and other essential searches and documentation. We are able to prepare a HIP for all properties, the cost of which being approximately £300.00 for a freehold property and approximately £320.00 for a leasehold property.
