Boundary disputes can arise between two neighbouring parties for a number of reasons, and it is often the case that such disagreements cannot be resolved without seeking legal advice.

Title documenation produced by the Land Registry and offical plan providers is not always depicted to a scale where boundaries are clear upon initial inspection (on the assumption the documentation is correct to start with!), however the property team at Jeromes have the necessary expertise and experience to examine the problem, read and compare technical data, and provide you with a determind opinion based on the evidence.

If rectification at the Land Registry is needed we can also advise on the proceedure, and make the application on your behalf.
